Three-dimensional functional training

This type of training is designed to develop strength, endurance, tissue elasticity, coordination and balance. We are laying the concept of mandatory accounting for biomechanics, anatomy and the three-plane movement of the human body in any desired quality of physical development.
Slings in motion and pilates movements
The concept of slings in motion considers the human body as a single system. Thought-out to the smallest details training, it's aimed at structural integration, functionality and achieving internal and external health through a conscious movement. The basic principles and applied techniques of myofascial training and Pilates are based on scientific research and practical experience. This is a great starting point to safely, efficiently and happily take care of your health through proper movement.
Corrective and recovery trainings
These are personal lessons aimed at training a person in optimal stereotypes of movement, correcting posture, eliminating stress zones in the body, and returning to ineffective parts of the body.

Training allows you to harmonize the muscle and bone structure, improve body awareness, establish breathing and metabolism, bring yourself to your desired shape without harm to the musculoskeletal system. Correctional training is carried out only after passing test of the musculoskeletal system, where we fix the ineffective movement, followed by tracking the result.

Musculoskeletal Testing
We have developed a unique testing system for your musculoskeletal system to understand what muscle imbalances and changes in posture have occurred in your body before you start working with movement. Testing is designed to give coaches a basis for building the training process, and it helps you to see the dynamics of further changes. We watch how you stand, how you move, how you breathe. Our system is fully automated and will be stored in digital format.
